Design service: Kitchen renovation design concept, 2D and 3D plans, all recommendations, trade recruitment, procurement, full project management, styling and decoration.
Materials used: Quartz ¾’’ countertops, 2’’ x 12’’ porcelain backsplash tile, 24’’ x 24’’ heated porcelain floor, White flat-panel Euro laminate cabinets, Natural White Oak veneer cabinets and shelves, recessed ceiling lighting, under-cabinet lighting, undermount stainless-steel double sink, Chrome and black plumbing fixture, Sherwin Williams paint, Schluter stainless steel white finishing moulding.
Our mandate: The client wanted an open-concept layout, so we removed the supporting wall between the kitchen and dining room. This improved natural light, created space for a fully functional island, and allowed for more counter and storage space. We updated all finishes with a bright, natural palette, contemporary backsplash, and modern flooring. The custom island includes retractable waste bins and a microwave niche. We also added a floor-to-ceiling pantry. At the client’s request, we preserved the pre-existing window over the stove, adding a suitable high-position ventilation unit. The result is a timeless, highly functional kitchen for this young, growing family.

Review for Contemporary Kitchen and Powder Room Makeover in Montreal West
