Materials used: White oak floating vanity, Quartz countertop, Sherwin Williams paint, aged brass ceiling fixture and wall sconces, porcelain undermount sink, aged brass plumbing fixtures, 5 x 5 Terra Cotta Kasbah floor tiles, variations of turquoise 2 x 6 hand-pressed glazed Zellige wall tiles, alcove acrylic bath, round wood mirror.
Our mandate: The clients wanted an eclectic and colourful bathroom with a lot of function and warmth. We created a bathroom design that proves bold colour can still feel calm and inviting.
We paired a geometric terra cotta floor with hand-glazed Zellige tiles in a rich mix of blues and turquoise for depth, movement, and texture. The variation in each tile catches the light beautifully and makes the entire room feel layered and alive.
The white oak vanity grounds the space with warmth and functionality, balancing the cool tones and adding that cozy, welcoming feel we always strive for. A moody palette, natural materials, and thoughtful details come together to create a bathroom that feels both elevated and deeply personal.

Review for eclectic bathroom renovation in Le Plateau, Montreal, Qc.
We had a great experience working with Lucie Pitt on our main bathroom reno. We wanted to work with someone experienced, who could help us by guiding the process from A to Z from design to finished project and help keep us on time and budget and Lucie did all that and more.
Right from our first efficient meeting, Lucie explained her 3 levels of service offering and we signed up for all 3 and I’m so glad we did. At 1st meeting we got a plan for our reno. The day of selecting materials and finishes was well organized by Lucie and a big time saver. Lucie took the desire for an eclectic look into account and suggest helpful options within budget. As part of her service, Lucie referred experienced contractors with great reviews to bid on our project and we were extremely happy with our choice. The reno was in a century home, and I was out of town for much of the reno, which added complexity. Lucie was unfazed by this and is a great communicator and was a pleasure to work with throughout. If I had other renovations to do, I would work with Lucie and our contractor again without hesitation.
