Design service: Lay-out and design, heated floor and tiles recommendation, lighting and electrical plan, colour and finishes, trades recruitment and negotiations, full project management.
Materials used: 24 x 24 Porcelain grey textured tiles from Italy, Sherwin Williams paint, Schluter heated floor system, rustic barnwood and iron bench, 60-inch wall-mounted television, floor to ceiling mirror panels.
Our mandate: The clients asked for a home gym that was modern, functional, could fit all their exercise equipment, includes a wall-mounted tv and storage for weights, shoes, and gloves as well. They also wanted to remove the electrical space heaters and install heated floors. We provided the 2D and 3D plans and layout, lighting, and electrical plans, and recommended all material selections, finishes, colours, and tiles. This home gym is motivating because it is bright, organized, and well set-up with a-c in the summer and a cozy heated floor for colder months…. exactly what the client asked for. Everyone in the family is getting in shape!
