The main bathroom is the most often used. Our bathroom renovation projects are complete re-builds and/or enlargements. But we can design a clever configuration to make your bathroom seem larger without extending any walls. Since this is the main bathroom, we want your design to stand the test of time style-wise and be highly functional.

At Versa Style Design we have a few strategies and ideas that clients find accessible budget-wise and that accommodate their limited space. In addition to improving the functionality of existing laundry rooms, we also plan and build NEW ones that either stand alone or are combined with a bathroom.
A properly designed and functional laundry room can make washing clothes feel less like a drag. By including clever storage ideas, a folding area and an integrated hamper, you can make cleaning and folding clothes a breeze.
Apart from its functionality, many clients also invest in the beautifying of their laundry rooms adding a nice colour palette, choosing stylish cupboard doors and a counter as well as good looking and accessible storage.

- We work with a flat rate; you will not be charged hourly.
- To ensure the highest quality of construction work and materials as well as allowing for excellent and reliable vendors and products, we ask that our clients have a total budget of $40k (or more) for their full bathroom re-design.
- We work exclusively with our network of high-quality tradespeople. We will refer 2 different reputable general contracting firms for the quote comparisons.
- We work with our established excellent network of merchants, providing you with durable and beautiful products with competitive pricing and designer discounts.

- In-home consultation with recommendations drawn up on site the same day. Very detailed hand-rendered floor plan and 3D wall view elevations delivered immediately for your consideration and approval.
- 2D AutoCAD floor plan + wall view elevations including plumbing, electrical, lighting + cabinetry details (done in-office).
- Detailed buying guide of recommendations for every item being purchased (detailed PDF colour print out).
- Showroom visits + detailed quotes.
